Four things to send when something is not right: the project, your choices, what you saw and what you expected

Write to us at [email protected] or use the feedback form at the bottom of this page. Send a message when an estimate or a stencil looks wrong, when a project is missing, when you want something removed, or when you have a question about the guides.

Report something that is not right

A useful report has four parts: the project, your choices (for the stencil maker, the eyes, nose and mouth), what you saw, and what you expected with how you worked it out. With those we can tell whether the page or the formula is at fault.

Here is the kind of detail that helps. This example is made up for illustration; it is not a real report.

Sample report: triangle eyes and a grin show Easy and 50 minutes, and the reply explaining 2 + 1 + 4 = 7 points

Rights or removal requests

If you believe something on Holiday Craftly infringes your rights, choose “Rights or removal request” in the form or email [email protected] with the page address and what you want changed. We read these first.

What the form stores

The form keeps the time of your note, whether you marked it helpful or needing a tweak, the page address, the topic you picked and your note (up to 1,000 characters). It keeps the newest 300 notes and does not ask for your name or email. To stop one person flooding it, the form holds a one-way scrambled form of your IP address for 20 seconds, then forgets it.

What the Holiday Craftly feedback form stores and does not store

If you want an answer by email, include your address in the note or write to [email protected] directly. We answer messages in the order they arrive.
